Returns Policy

We have been in the parts game a long time, and we understand there are many ways in which a part can be incorrect. At ePartsdirect® we aim to be as flexible as possible in helping you to get the right part for your car. 

The best advice we can give is "Don't be afraid to ask!" We have over 500 Suppliers, 1000's of catalogues, Vin Lookups and Access to Manufacturers diagrams and databases and are more than willing to put all of these to work to get you the right part!. WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

It's no problem! 
You have 30 days to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

If we have made an error and the part supplied does not fit the vehicle or intended purpose as outlined on our website, we will happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund.

Please be careful when opening items as exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Please note: All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.
(We can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.)

Returns for "Change of mind" are accepted however any freight costs (to and from) are to be covered by the customer as well as a 10% restocking fee for refunds. (Exchanges are not subject to restocking fee.)

We will do our best to ensure all returns are processed within 2 business days of us receiving the item.

 

THREE EASY STEPS TO RETURN A PRODUCT

STEP 1: LET US KNOW

 

Give our friendly staff a call on 0412 513 241 Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.




STEP 2: SEND YOU ITEM BACK

Securely place the item back in the packaging your item was delivered in, making sure that all accessories are included with the item

STEP 3: GET YOUR REFUND / EXCHANGE

 

Drop the parcel off at any Australia Post outlet so we can track it safely back to us. Once we have received your return we will process the exchange, refund, or credit within 2-6 business days.

Full refunds include the shipping fee and will be processed into the original account of purchase.

 

WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by ePartsdirect® are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Replacement products or refund (including shipping) will be provided by ePartsdirect® where:

a) The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
b) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
c) The product does not match the sample or the ePartsdirec descriptions; or
d) The product was damaged during delivery; and
e) You can provide proof of purchase with the ePartsdirect receipt

Replacement product or refund will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by ePartsdirect®, the original shipping address will be used.
